Data we process
Account identity (email, display name, username), profile content you publish, orders and licenses, wallet balances and payout requests (phone numbers encrypted at rest), technical logs needed for security, and support messages.
Purposes
Provide the marketplace and wallet, prevent fraud, fulfill licenses, support sellers and buyers, and meet accounting and legal obligations.
Wallet and ledger
Wallet movements are recorded in an append-only ledger. Ledger entries are retained for legal and accounting reasons even after an account deletion request.
Retention and deletion
You can export your data or request account deletion from dashboard settings. Soft-deletion anonymizes your public profile and blocks sign-in; financial history required by law is kept.
Your rights
